Weight Loss Competition - Monday, July 16th

Hello everyone!! How was your weekend?? Did everyone get some exercise?
My weekend was too short, as most are. I ate way too much and I didn't exercise nearly as much as I should have.
Since the results are very sad from Friday, I don't believe anyone is in the lead. We really need to step our game up. Come on guys and gals, we can do this. Summer is half way over, do we really want to spend the rest of it, feeling over weight. We can do this, I know it! I'm going to push myself the hardest I can. I'll be working out everyday and watching my food points regularly.

Yesterday in spite of the sweet and sour pork, I kept my weight down to 208.5 lb. I have been walking regularly, running for sixty or more seconds, and walking for two minutes, as a regular routine and this has helped me lose more weight than just cutting out and dieting. I have walked up and down our stairs about three or four times a day (since I live in Winnipeg, this is the only substitute for hills that we have) and used other sneaky methods to get more exercise. I am waiting until it gets near ten so I can go for another walk.
