Anyone could help me how to lose weight?

My husband wants me to lose some weight and i do some diet in my my own way. Since i dont do exercise i just dont eat that much, I just drink lots of water, but almost of the time i feel so dizzy, i eat fruits instead of rice. But the problem is i eat rice at night which is my husband and my kids are in the house where i cant say i dont want to eat lol....
Anyone could tell me the best diet trick or habit i should do for my diet?

You need to find a balance. Dieting the wrong way (like eliminating whole food groups and not eating)can lead to health problems. Drinking lots of water is a start. However instead of not eating and excluding food groups try making your portions smaller. Eat more smaller meals throughout the day this keeps your metabolism up so that you can lose weight not eating shuts down the metabolism making you retain the weight. also start to increase your activity level a small amount at a time till you are doing more physical activities. You have to eat healthy- do not starve yourself- you will always be dizzy and it just is not healthy-
First off you need to answer this- Are you ready to lose weight? Do you think you need to? I don't care what your husband wants- the only way you will lose it- is if you want to also-
then eat healthy- balanced diets and exercise - that is key- burn more calories a day than you eat- but you have to eat- otherwise when you start to eat again the weight will come right back on-

wife and I joined the YMCA and we only live a half a mile..today i even walked there..no big deal.we like to swim and do water aerobics. also water walking ..the Ymca has classes for all kinds of exercise..Pilate? Yogi? treadmils etc etc..its fun and we love the sauna and the whirlpool..we always feel very relaxed..you start out at the level you already are and take it from there..water makes you feel refresed and invigorated..and you don't have to know how to swim as they have a shallow end or some peoople just put on vest and paddle and move their leggs but their is swim classes available...
drink eight glasses (8 oz) as day or more..don't drink pop or even diet pop..watch your intake of fat..and you already eat veggies but watch what you put on them..cheese and butter and dressing adds calories..don't eatfour hours before time of sleep, walk in the a.m. to get your body to burn fat all day..bikes are fun..don't watch tv and snack in front of it..and then snack on veggies..join a good group like weight watchers..get a stomach ban..ask your doctor if you are obese and could qualify..these are all sugestions
Get a physical and have your blood and urine checked as it could be a physical malady that you don't know about..or it could be melaise..so sometimes we have to do a combination of things..there are a million books in the library plus magazines ..like prevention ..all you have to do is get motivated..hypnosis sometimes works and accupuncture works on some people..pray a lot..that helps..keep believing in yourself..and do it for yourself and not your family or your next husband..lol

Lolz, i really hate doing this, Dieting, but just worried since my husband complaining to me now that i am more look machoman than him lol, so i just though do some diet is good for me or us...

Going without eating will not help you to lose weight. In fact it will have the opposite effect for it will slow down your metabolism. You need to boost your metabolism in order to lose weight. Exercise is a very good way to boost your metabolism. Ice water is very good for you and also helps to boost your metabolism. The icewater makes your body work harder....read up on this...it does work. You have to guard against over doing it with the water or you will flush away vital nutrients and become sick. You have to eat a variety of healthy foods in moderate proportions and avoid the junk stuff which is so hard to avoid. Exercise is really important. I am not very disciplined on it either. i do walk 2 to 3 times a week with my friend...it is fun and we get to hang out and get some exercise in as well. I also randomly do yoga, pushups and situps. Had an exercise ball which was great until my grandson popped it.

I eat rice 3 to 4 times a day before and i drink ice water almost of the time but theres one person told me that the reason why i had worst lol belly is because i drink lots of ice water and he recomend me not to drink cold water instead drink tea.
Im planning to learn those yoga too but still thinking lol still dont know when or if i can do yoga!

I have a sister that had overweight herself. She did body language and she lost a lot of weight but since you dont do exercise, you cant take that as an option. Eating fruits is one of diet program but not all fruit can be taken in diet program. Its better to choose apples, but if you do eat rice at night you will not lose any weight instead of increasing some. Its not pefered to eat anything anymore above 6 pm. But if you really cant avoid eating with your family at night, I can suggest you to eat only vegetables instead of rice. You can also take burning fat pills to help you losing weight faster.

Yha, doin body languages is really a big help for us especially girls to stay fit, i do that before when i was still single but now i have 2 kids i forgot to do it almost of the time...I think i forgot it already lol...
Eating fruits is the best thing for diet too and i agree to that...

try taking a few minutes in the morning or evening (according to your daily schedule) and take a walk in your neighborhood. it is much fun, it doesn't require much, and it helps you lose if you make it your routine. you will not only lose weight but your circulation will improve and you will be overall physically fit! I have been taking evening walks for three weeks and I have lost some weight, I feel better and sleep better. try it and i hope it will help you. hope this helps (i haven't changed my eating habits either, but usually, I avoid meals with lots of animal fats and lots of carbs)

First of all you should lose weight because you want to, not because your husband or someone else thinks you should. You are getting dizzy because you are not eating enough, your body has to have calories and starving yourself wont work. I need to lose 35 lbs and have started eating smaller portions, cutting out soda and junk food, drinking lots of water, and walking evey day. I bought a cheap pedometer and try to do 10,000 steps per day. I am a little over a week in and I have lost 5 lbs.

I have a squidoo lens that may help. You can eat 6 times a day and still lose weight. Right now there are snacks and breakfast recipes on it. I will be adding some lunch and dinner recipes on it later. You don't have to go hungry to lose weight, you just need to change what you eat.The URL might fool you because it say diabetes but it will also help you to lose weight

Do not eat rice at night. It is the carbs. I do not eat carbs in the am, I go for protein and then I eat some at the afternoon meal. Change to brown rice, increase your fruit and veggies, maybe mix the rice with meat and vegetables. Go for walks, and make sure you walk as fast as you can. You can do what I do, walk a bit, run a bit, walk a bit. That speeds up your metabolism. Drink more water. Cut down on stir fry. That will help.

Well if you want to lose weight, I hope it is for you because you want to be healthier. Your husband should worry about his own weight, LOL. Starving yourself is not going to help you loose weight!! The minute you start to eat again, the weight will all come back PLUS 5 lbs.!!! You're feeling dizzy because your brain isn't getting the energy (Food) it needs to function properly. Eating fruit is great, but you need some protein with that. Try not to eat 3 hours before bedtime. Make small changes that you can stick with for the rest of your life. We eat a lot of bread here. I used to have two peices of toast with some peanut butter on them for breakfast and a whole sandwich for lunch (with potato chips, bad me!! ;-). Now I only have one peice of peanut butter toast for breakfast, and half a sandwich for lunch -- but I still eat the chips. I've been steadily losing weight since doing this. It is coming off slowly, about 1 lb. per week, but it's pretty painless and easy to stick to. Good luck!!

Yha me and my kids used to have toasted bread with peanut butter every morning and i used to eat fruits for my lunch. but everynight, in our dinner time i used to prepare cooked vegestables with rice and i cant help my self not to eat too with the kids and my hub, lol....

I have been fighting the battle of the bulge since I was a teenager. I find the only way to lose weight is to eat healthy meals, drink lots of water and never skip breakfast. Exercise is also important. I like to walk and even walking helps me. The most important thing is to eat something within the first hour after waking because if you don't your body will think that it is starving and will conserve energy and not burn calories. Good luck with your battle and I hope you can beat it.

ok,i will share to you my own diet.i do balanced diet i eat a lots of vegetables,fruits,less fatty foods carbohydrates,
sweets,junkfoods.and i drinks lots of tea and water and i moved a lots.i hope it will help you that.goodluck to you!

Hey, i don't think i'll be of help around here. I gained 28 lbs in 10 months, would you believe that? That happened after i stopped going to the gym and they were right about gaining weight when one stop going to the gym.. I've been figuring that out for the longest time now.. (sigh)

yes you can loose your by simple method.it is good that you drink a lot of water instead of drinking it at day time follow this procedure. wake up early in the morning and drink atleast four glasses of water.not simpkle water but slightly warm water.add one lemon juice to it. dont try honey as in some people it can cause weight gain. drink it within five to ten minute. drink water before sun rise. in starting you cant drink four glasses so you can start with two glasses of water. in forst few days you feel some type nausea . but it is ok. you can lose your weight by this method with in a week .try this if youwant to do it fast. insteadof using polished rice use unpolished rice .

So you're recommending doing a water fast? That isn't healthy. Sure, she might lose some weight by not eating anything initially, but as soon as she starts eating again, she'll gain it all back fast.

Eating almost nothing is not a good way of dieting. You can try after-7. You won't eat carbohydrates after 7 in the evening. I heard it in Oprah and she said that it's effective. You could also try brisk walking thrice a week for 2 hours. It will burn some fats. You should engage yourself in activities that can help you lose weight like sports or going to the gym.

lol, i dont fond any sport since i was a teenager but i tried doing badminton lately with the kids every morning since its their summer vacation, we have lots of chances to play outside, we walk around the village and do some bike riding.

from my own experience do some exercises (in my case i'm swimming) after that wait untill 2 hours and don't eat anything,just drink some water. After 2 hours you may eat something. i did that for about 2 weeks and i lose my weight around 2 kilos.If right after exercise you eat directly, it'll gain your weight. Do try it and good luck

take one day at the time the first thing you need to do is get a journal and writte every thing you eat once is in writting you'll realize better what's causing your weight problems, weight yourself once a week.
here is my diet that would healp you lose 5 pounds in one week : mix 1 lemon,1/2 cup of apple cider vinegrett make sure is apple cider do not use the regular one, and 16 oz of water drink 1 cup every 2 hours for 3 days- this mixture will help you get rid of water and burn fat,while doing this star with a detoxification of your small and large intestines you could use colon cleanz it comes in a purple bottle make sure you drink a lot of water when cleaning your system ou, as you do this star with healthy dishes for instance 1 apple for breakfast,or 1 slide of toast if you planning to eat rice eat 1/2 cup of brown rice, make sure you baked or steam your protein such as chicken,turkey etc, also do not eat any fry food cut down on carb but also keep in mind that if you cut your carb you provide the nutrients that your body needs in other words if you work out 3 to 4 times per week you could reduce your carb but don't cut them of complitly.

I think you can sleep later ,wake up earlier .think about more things ,especially eat less junk food .you can lose weight .i'm a senior 3 student in China,now i'm graduted.
those days i lose almost 8 kilograms.so i advise you to do these things
