How important is proof to you?

If you are thinking of trying a new online income program, how important is it to you to see proof that the program actually pays? For me, it's nice to see the proof, but it's not necessary for me to actually try the program. If I'm interested enough, I'll try it whether there is proof or not.
I just wanted to get everyone's opinions on this because I'm thinking of adding pics of checks and screen shots of paypal transactions to my blog posts when I write about a website paying me.

Well it depends on the site in question.
If the site has a low payout then i will go ahead and join with the site without payment proof because it wont take long to find out if they pay.
If the site is one with a high minimum payout then payment proof would be nice to make sure that my time is not going to be wasted, but its not essential that i have payment proof.
I think adding pictures of cheques and payments you have received will be a excellent addition to your site because it reassures people and provides certain proof the sites will pay people.

I agree. I look at he the program is first. The proof of payment does help me decide if I am on the fence about it.
