I listen to earth, wind, and fire and other sad songs that I can find in youtube. How about you? Some songs by Barbara Streisand are also good.

Usually, I don't listen to songs at all when I'm sad. If I could, I would go to a website which has lyrics to these sad songs and listen to the artist and the song on radio or imeem.com. I listen to songs by Mint Condition or all the members of New Edition.

It depends what I'm sad about. I used to get really sad about a certain guy, and I would listen to the song Better Than Me by Hinder. Sometimes listening to sad songs makes you cry, but it's good to get your emotions out, and I always feel a little better after I cry.

Anything by Sublime always makes me happy. That's why i love them so much. I can be having the worst day ever, and as soon as I get home i'll put Sublime on and everything will be cool. Music is such good therapy for when you're sad. There's always a song that suits your particluar mood at that time, whether you're angry, sad or depressed.

I definately think that listening to happy upbeat songs can make a person feel that much better on a bad day. For me, its usually the oldies that make me happiest. Something like "I got rhythm" that will make me want to dance is usually the best cure.
