I recommend reading over the guidelines very well, then as you are looking around on the site things will begin to make more sense. There are a few things you can do to try and increase your earnings. First, you really want to concentrate on quality, detailed discussions or responses~ avoid one liners. You can earn a little extra by unloading photos that tie in to your discussions. First, I want to say : WElcome to the great community called MYlot :) You will not be paid for only promoting mylot. It would be great, but it doesnt work like that. But at least by writing good quality post and posting some imgae in your interest, you can make a little bit of money.

i think we can earn money by reffering...i have heard it is the same in every money makings sites..its how they get many visits & hence their income increases,so they can pay more,it will be same for mylot also,i hope so.
