i know there are many newbies like me who's wondering when they'd be able to make pay-outs and such. i also know we have to be active in participating here. i'm just wondering about other mylotters' experience in earning pay-outs of $10 here... around how many posts were you able to make to achieve the minimum $10? thank you.

Hello elmo, there is really no specific number of posts to reach the $10 payout. All you have to do is to make as many quality posts as you can for it will dictate your earning power here on mylot.Remember that when you post here the more you earn, it should always be quality and would always matter here on mylot.

In theory you could make 0 posts and still reach the $10 payout ... providing that you had a lot of active referrals doing all the work for you.
I've had the payout twice so far - but you really can't go on the number of posts. It all goes on the quality that you have written. I've seen people with over 1,000 next to their name and they haven't reached the payout level yet.

but won't my referrals get mad at me for doing all the work for me? hehehe just kidding...
thanks. i only asked coz my sister has made more than $30 from posts alone and she has about 700+ posts while others with the same posts has not reached pay-out yet so i'm wondering why it's like that.

my first $10 i reached around 370 posts. my next $10 i reached by making 270 more posts. but this is just my experience. the number of posts does not have bearing on how much you can earn on your posts. it is still based on the quality of your posts... relevance, length, details and so much more.
we can earn more in fewer posts if it is of better quality. some earn 1 cent per post, some earn more than that. just avoid short posts or one-liners... as they might not earn you anything. if you can make your posts lengthy... do so. don't forget the tags or keywords. and rate the responses you receive accordingly (+-!). goodluck!

I think that the people that simply put in a one line response will have to post more frequently to be able to make the payout minimum. You have to think about the responses and say more then just yes, no or a few words. If you have the better responses, you can earn the $10 pay-out a lot faster. Also, you can do the pictures. I'm still learning how that works.
