Hi there fellow myLotters, i have not been on here for a few days now, due to the low paying per post 1-2 weeks ago, so i might just try make a discussion now..
Today, when i logged on my other online money making site, i was told that i was banned. I was banned one time previously for cheating, and i apologised and later, unbanned... Today, the administrator told me that i was banned again due to multiple reports from "trusted" users saying i was trying to cheat by asking for answers again, however, i sincerely told him that i did not cheat, and i truely did not, but still received a ban, which he said "if you email me in 3 days saying you are sorry i might think about unbanning you"
I mean, 3 days is not too long to wait, and saying sorry is not hard, its not like it is face to face... but how can i apologise for something i DID NOT do?! that is just so unfair, he did not even listen to my explaination and banned me without any form of evidence, apart from what antoher person said....
I asked him if he could check his log to see if i actually asked for cheat, but he did not reply to that...
what do you guys think...
should i apologise? i dont want to lose everything, but dont want to apologise for something i did not do...

Is there any other way or another moderator you can talk to to get your message across? it is not fair if you have to apologise for something you did not do. If it is a money making site I might just apologise, make as much as I'm suppose to for minimum pay out and then cancel the membership. I would wait to get my $$ first if it was worth waiting for. Sounds like this moderator has a lot of power in this site.

Hi there, i know it is unfair!
however, unluckily, the one who banned me was the administrator who owned the website and i could not do anything about it, he would not listen to what i said... im not sure i can even get my account back even if i apologise now...

Oh no, well since he makes the rules and you don't abide by them, then I don't think there is much you can do about it. Bite your tongue, apologise, work hard for minimum payout and then withdraw funds and quit. If the doesn't let you back in then i don't know what else you can do. Good Luck!

If you were caught cheating once, then they are bound to suspect you again. It really isn't worth it in the long run so perhaps you should simply abide by their rules.

yes, ok, i cheated once, i was punished and i never cheated, but some other person reported me for cheating when i did not do it the second time... i find it really depressing how people would do things like that!

In the first case you should not have indulged in cheating. Having indulged in cheating you have apologized. That is second mistake of giving room for future suspicions. Third mistake is, you must have joined a firm which keeps asking for apologies. Better quit visiting such sites and try to stick on to decent websites and earn with honest efforts.
