Actually I am also looking for that. I need to know the way of transfer money from unverified paypal account to moneybookers. i think a way of course available. Firstly it is necessary to know how cqn be varify paypal account then step by step you can procedd. Personaly, I am thinking that for few days in my mind & the problem you write out before mine. if I can find any way I will try to inform you please make me friend & allow yourself to know the information (solution) for the future time.
