I am so tired of going to school. I felt that most of my life was spent in school learning those theories, mathematical equations, articles, etc. which I believe is useless when you are now in the real world. Is learning can be acquire only at school? Is schooling can make as a better person? Do you know where else to gain learnings aside from school?

Our society is such that to be able to make a living and build a career in life, one needs to attain the appropriate education and the required certificates to show proof of that attainment. Schools are set up to help parents educate their children, to prepare them for the real world. They enable learners to pick up skills and knowledge which for most part are not available to them at home, at work or within the community. They follow prescribed curriculum, and they are equipped with the necessary resources (teachers, teaching aids, equipment, labs, etc) to enable learning to be achieved. It is difficult for individuals to try and achieve the same effectiveness doing it at home given that they don't have the kind of resources school have. Moreover, it is hard to maintain a discipline at home to learn, with all the modern distractions nowadays and with no one to provide proper guidance, set tests and advise the grading. And unless one can register with some accredited examination centres or private schools to take the recognized examinations, one cannot get the required certificates if he just studies at his own leisure at home. What he can attain doing so is only acquire more knowledge and be a learned person, but that will not be sufficient and recognized when he comes out to the working world. In short, learning can be achieved anywhere, even at home, but schools are necessary stepping stones to a future career.
