Web Camera - Do you use one always whenever you are online?

i only use my web camera when i chat with my friends and relatives. i don't really use the web cam that much especially when chatting with people that i don't really know.

well i do nt use it everytime.... but yes when i wanna chat with close ones.....i use it... well its a accessory that is reqd nowadays when u are far away from ur home....

I don't have a web camera; so obviously I don't use one whenever I am online. I'm only able to use the internet here in the office because I still don't have a personal computer of my own. But I do have plans of purchasing one in the very near future; as I know that my 2-year old daughter will be needing it when she starts schooling about two or three years from now. And when I do buy a computer set, I will bear in mind and choose a wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, speakers, and web camera to go along with it. I hope and pray that my husband & I could save up for this equipment and also for the other plans we have; as we are also planning to buy a parcel of land where we dream of constructing a little mansion on it for us and our daughter and additional kids, if any. I'm really shy when it comes using the web camera. If possible, I avoid using it. I use it only with people I know personally and just with anyone I've chatted with. But anyway, sometimes I also request to view other people specially when i think they are interesting to get to know better. :)

I only use webcam if I am cahtting with a friend or relative who works abroad. Aside from that, there is no other use of webcam to me.

I have a web camera, but I seldom use it. Sometimes when we talk about dad via the net, then we will turn it on.

my laptop has a built-in camera but i have never used it before, even if there were some friends who asked me to use it. but i don't feel very comfortable in doing so hehe..

I have a cheap web cam but only use it when I'm talking to my daughter and grandson in California. It doesn't really matter about the quality to us.

I use one sometimes if relatives wanted to see me. It's nice to remind them how you look like now also. Chatting with people online with a cam does make it more personal. Seing the person you talk to helps the communication better also. Keep safety...

I only use webcam if im chatting with family members or if the person im chatting with also has a cam. Which is usually once in a blue moon, since my internet connection is not that great.

yes i do use my webcam but not all the time it only depends to may chatmate... if i know that he/ she is a good person i use to view it...

well, i have one with me but i don't connect it to my computer.. it's because it's not that good as the other web cameras.. just like you, my web cam has a poor resolution andd you will only be iscouraged when you see me in the cam.. you won't see me clear.. hehehe...

I have a web cam which i very rarely use nowadays.while my elder brother was abroad i used to chat with him online most days and my home people were also able to see my brother through cam. when online i dont use it as my pc is placed in a room which lacks proper lighting and this web cam needs enough light for picture clarity like you have said.

I only use my webcam when i am chatting with my husband when he is onboard, its like exclusive to my husband only,hehehe. Beside i only have few friends chatting with me online and i dont use it to them.

No, I do not use a webcam. My friend has one. They are nice to have but the quality can be an issue as you pointed out. Digital cameras seem to work very well and they take nice videos as well.
