I'm happy to find another who loves/loved to do gymnastics! Oh I hope you can try some time. Try somewhere where it is padded like soft grass or on a mat. What about a local gym? If not a gymanstics gym (which is hard for adults to walk into and start tumbling!). Soft mat at local gym. Then of course, I could get into trouble saying to do that on your own. ;o) But some gyms even offer adult classes for gymnastics, which is not enough at all! It feels like deprivation.
I have done a little bit. But heck, I wish I could do a lot more. Please encourage more adult classes. :o) Good luck and happy flips (safely)!

@Loen210 I’d forgotten about it too. Someone random replied to a question of mine from 13 years ago and I got an alert.

I'm pretty sure I can still do a cartwheel, never have been able to do a handstand though! It probably has been about 5 years since I did a cartwheel, I remember that I was fine with doing one then, although I could feel a bit of a pull on my inner thigh, so if I did one today I would do it slowly and carefully !! :) The real question is if I could still do a backbend!! It has been about 10 years since I did that!

I reckon I would do some sort of injury if I tried now. I wonder if I could do a back bend too, I feel like trying now but I can't as I'm in work.
