2 days ago I went on a a fast boat ride and there were alot of rough waves. I asked the driver to alow down at some point but then we regained speed again. Since then I have been so upset that I went on that ride and worried about my baby. Though no bleeding or any similar thing has happened I did get some cramps after the ride was over.

katprice is right. The amniotic fluid is protecting that tiny fetus right now. I was in a car accident at the same number of weeks and was assured of that. Now if you were 8 months pregnant and there is more baby than amniotic fluid, then the risk would be going into premature labour, not miscarrying.
I was stuck in a snowstorm at 8 1/2 months. I sat in my car for six hours waiting for the plows to clear the roads. When I was finally able to reach someone on a cell phone I asked if someone could pick me up by snowmobile. I was told there was no way as I would go into labour for sure. Even the stress of waiting to be rescued by the fire department (DH had called 911) could have caused me to go into early labour at home and I would have to deliver at home because I wouldn't be able to reach the hospital due to the snow.
Anyway, I think unless you receive a severe blow to the belly, your baby is safe. Relax and enjoy your pregnancy.

Everything will be fine, they recommend nothing too strenuious for the first trimester & then nothing too major towards the end (it could put you in to premature labour etc) but after the first trimester everything should be fine & the baby is well protected in there!
Usually, with anything like that - rough rides etc - they put up a sign if it's not recommended pregnant women go on it, if there was no sign, then it should be safe enough for all!
I got occasional cramps during my pregnancy, my Dr told me it was normal & it's notnecessarily braxton hicks as someone else mentioned though, those usually seem to come later on :)
Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy & i hope you have a happy, healthy baby girl or boy!

Usually you have nothing to worry about as the amniotic fluid will protect and cushion the baby. My aunt just had a baby and she worked on a piece of equipment that started and stopped, suddenly, over and over. Her doctor was fine with her continuing to work on this, and the baby has been born, and he is fine. If you continue to worry about it, go see your doctor. They should be able to put your mind at ease. :o)
