Sadly I think it will be New Zealand. It certainly won't be England, although we are 1000% better than we were this time last year under Robinson.
Apart from the nation's you've mentioned the only other one who might do it is France.

All Blacks have been on form and as always went into the World Cup with the best win-lose record in the World. So, I'm certain that it should be the All Blacks in the final and I think this year they'll play with one of the Southern Hemisphere teams - either the Wallabies or the Boks. The Wallabies did beat them in Sydney a few months ago and have a better record in the World Cup on foriegn soil. AS for the Boks, they did give England a drubbing.
Don't think this will be England's year. They need to build up more. And I don't think the French will do it - though the French have a habit of pulling something out of the bag when you least expect them to do so.

OK, this is going to need a update but I think the final could by South Africa vs France or England. Although I'm kind of sad the All Blacks got knocked out, this has certainly become more interesting with the upsets.

I am saddened also as I did not expect them to lose against France, not again!!! Now that they are out and Australia I wouldn't be surprised if France and England or SA end up in the final!!

I have a very bias opinion, that is that I think South Africa is going to take the world cup home again. But to be objective for a minute, I definitly feel that it will be either South Africa, New Zeeland or Australia. They have become extreamly physical upfront and the defence around the fringes and in the backlines are solid. They also have the ability to "swich" game plans. So if the one doesn't work, they simply play another one.
The english side is very young, I must be honest, I don't know much about them but when they played South Africa a few months ago they seemed a bit shaky, perhaps just what they needed to re-look at their game plan and come up with one solid enough to take on the teams of the south. Please tell me, are there any English players who have more than 30 caps? Is John Wilkinson playing?

Me thinks you are right on this one. South Africa have more experience and they have a psychological advantage of having humbled in England in the group stages. Having said that, England now have the return of Johny Wilkinson and they have been playing much better than they were in the early stages of the tournament.
