How about giving her a beautiful picture frame with a picture of the two of you in it? Or maybe a necklace with a pretty heart shaped pendant. Flowers are nice too, but not all by themselves because they eventually die and are thrown away...then she has nothing to keep to remind her of you in the future. Get something that when she looks at it, she will always remember you, and think of you.

a bouquet of beautiful roses, a diamond ring, a couple's ring (for both of you),a short trip to somewhere nice (just the two of you!). actually you dont have to give material things to your gf to be romantic, how about bringing her to the beach, juz to enjoy nature? kiss her on her forehead every few hours (this is nice)? just be there for her when she need you? all these are romantic...
