So many times i have observed that the number of beggars especially children under the age of 10 are increasing. The beggar contractors might be aiming the tips from irritated professionals (I think beggars are trained enough to irriate people and force them to give money) What about the future of these children? Hope beggary has already been banned in Bangalore.
