I love marshmellows straight out of the bag, roasted, and my favorite is in a rice crispy treats. The rice crispy treats are extra special if you use the multi-colored marshmellows. Roasted marshmellows are a lot of fun, as long as you do not keep them in the fire for too long. I hear that they are great when you go camping, however, I have never been. Roughing it in the woods has never appealed to me,LOL. One year at my church halloween party, they had a contest to see who could stuff the most marshmellows in their mouth at one time. It was kind of gross, but it was fun, even though, I didn't even come close to winning. I believe the winner got like 11 in at one time.

Marshmallows aren't my favorite. I will eat maybe one out of the bag. The only way I will eat them is in the rice crispy treats. I don't like them over the fire either. I know, I am no fun. LOL My husband likes the stuff called fluff. He likes to put it on ice cream.

Fluff? I seem to have heard of something like that before, but I really don't have any idea what it is.

Okay, I know that it sounded familiar. I have heard of that before, but with the peanut butter sandwich. I have never tried it though, perhaps I should.

It is whipped marshmallows that come in a container. It is called Fluff here. People eat it with peanut butter on sandwiches.

I just love them straight from the bag, and once that bag is opened they are finished off quite quickly . I cannot help it I just have to eat them all.

They ARE that good. Just as long as they don't have that really dark heavy dye in them. That's stuff makes them nasty real quick.

I agree rice crispy treats are the best I have never tried the multi colored marshmellos though I might have to give it a try. I too love roasted and I am one of the weird ones that love the burnt ones LOL. when I was growing up I used to roast then on the gas stove. My mom would always yell at me for doing that she said one day I was going to catch the house on fire, but luckily I never did. They do seem to be better when camoing I am not sure why but they are.

I use to stick a fork in them and roast them on the stove also, but I never got caught. I'm glad I didn't burn the house down either. I have always been accident prone.

Marshmellow and garlic bread? You were definitely pregnant. I have never been pregnant. I am curious to know why women crave such odd things when they are pregnant.

I like the way that they do the hot chocolate at Starbucks. I think it may be whip cream or marshmellows or something. Whatever it is it is wonderful.

I love marshmallows roasted over the fire. My Dad lights fires outside in the summer time and we do all kinds of things on the fire; steaks, hot dogs, hamburgers, marshmallows, chicken, I even put a metal coffee pot on the fire once, and a frying pan to make pancakes.

You are not talking about barbeque are you? I don't know about a barbequed pancake. Maybe, you are speaking of just an open fire like when one goes camping.

My husband just made a fruit salad using marshmallows, cream cheese, whip cream, walnuts, fruit cocktail and jello. It was so good. I couldn't stop eating it. That is my favorite recipe with marshmallows.

I like 'em toasted over a fireplace. Put 2-3 of them on a stick and toast them until just before they burst into flame. Yum!

Hey there... A great way to use Marshmellows up is to make a dessert called: Ambrosia... Ambrosia is made with whipped cream, yoghurt, marshmellows, fresh strawberries and chocolate chips... Start by whipping up thick cream, then fold in your favourite choice of yoghurt, add marshmellows and chopped fresh strawberries, along with a handful of chocolate chips, you can chill before serving or serve straight away... A really nice birthday treat or dessert, that children and adults love to eat...

Yes, I know about Ambrosia. I love when my sister makes it. Actually, there are at least 20 different recipes for Ambrosia. I had never heard of yours before, but it sound like it would be really good.

I love marshmallows! I especially love them in rice krispy treats. I don't care for them out of the box. They have to be homemade.:P I also like smores and I really like to eat marshmallows right out of the bag. I'm still not getting alerts for you for some reason. You're alert thingy is on too. I dunno. Don't think I'm snubbing you though.:)

I am not given to eating marshmellows. But last Christmas, my wife received a large bag of marshmellows as a gift from her one of her friend. At first I did not mind them. But when I had the time and saw those bagful of marshmellows, I decided to east one, while watching CNN news. I was so absorbed by the news that I later found out that I was able to eat half of the mallows in the bag. The marshmellows were rice flavored.

That was a very cute story. I have never heard of rice flavored marshmellows though. So are you a fan now or was that a one time thing?

I like it slightly barbecued! What I do is (if we had a BBQ), I'll put 3 or 4 on a stick, hold it over the BBQ area for a few minutes and wait for it to be slightly warm and crispy, then I'll eat it.

I like them burnt to a crisp over a camp fire. It is the best camping comfort food. They're pretty good in s'mores too. It's amazing how they can make a food that has absolutely no nutritional value so damn appetizing.

When I was younger I ate smores, but then my doctor said that I should not eat those because of my health problems. I do not eat marshmellows today, but smores were so much fun when I was a child.

That sounds like so much fun. I have never roasted marshmellows over a fire - hope to one day when and if we take our son camping. I more or less like them in hot chocolate.

For me, marshmellows are best when they are put on the BBQ pits and roasted by the fire. It's more tantalising to eat them this way than straight out of the bag and right into your mouth.

I love marshmellows, lol. I used to have marshmellow roasts with my neighbors. I like to roast my marshmellows and have them golden brown, yum yum! Don't keep them in the fire too long or they will burn! I also like to have rice crispy treats. I had those when I was a kid. Sometimes I just eat marshmellows straight from the bag. I also love having s'mores. This is another way how I eat marshmellows.
