would you prefer your pasta with a little bit of sweet taste?

If you are talking about Mariana sauce in which they add a little bit of sugar, I do like it that way and I do not like my tomatoes to be too acidic. I also like spaghetti with meat sauce. I do not like too much cheese so I do not like three cheese spaghetti sauce on my pasta. I prefer Italian pasta. If you are talking about sour taste, all I can think of is pasta with pickle juice or anything that has lots of vinegar in it. I have not heard about those types of pasta. If you are talking about pasta where the sauce has lots of salt in it, I do not like it that way.
