What makes me feel so proud about China is the fast-developig step to bridge the gap between China and the advanced countries to reduce more backward areas in this vast land.
With its efforts in the past few years, China has been playing a more important role in the nations of the world.
Compared with the advanced countries, China still has a long way to go. I hope that China is marching forward to raise the living standard of its people to a higher maximum. Thanks for your topic, beyond12.

I'm not sure.China is progressing so rapidly, but there are many problems.The progress of China's economy depend on foreign capital,low price labour force and resource,it's not a healthy way! People's living standard haven't develop with GDP, we can see,many people cann't afford to see a doctor,cann't afford to pay tuition,cann't afford to buy a house...

Yes,that is true,China has made a great progress since the past 20 years which makes the whole world amazed.Especially in military and politics.Though I am a Chinese,I consider that China still have a long way to go.For example in economy and technique.So all the Chinese people need make a great effort to catch up with other developed countries such as US,Japan and Germany.
