I watched a rerun of Without a Trace from season 1 called Wannabe... and it hit too close to home... Warning this contains spoilers
This episode is about a 12 year old boy disapearing and they at first suspect kidnapping until they piece together his past couple of days... First the verbal bullying turns physical, then he gets threatened by an older boy, then his best friends twin sister and her group of friends tie him up naked and beat him up, then take a picture and post it on everyones email... To top that off one of the girls was his crush... so when all this happens he runs away because he's scared and hurt and mortified... the team soon realizes that he means to kill himself and go to find him, now with time against him.... He got lucky though... they found him and saved him...
The worst of this show was that it was extremely realistic and I've lived parts of it... my entire life I have been bullied and because of that bullying I have eaten myself overweight, tried running away at 9 years old, and attemped suicide 3 times, first time being at 13years old...
Please help stop bullying because I'll let you in on something... there is a chance your kids are being bullied and not telling you... and the bullies are getting worse and are doing more physical damage

Yes bullying is a big problem, I can't understand why kids do this, but at least people are aware of it today and it is being addressed, even though in some schools they seem to turn a blind eye to things, it would be great if it could all be stamped out.
