PAYPAL advice needed

I have just started today about this kind of paid to read and paid to click moneymaking venture. I opened up a paypal account for d 1st time without a credit card. I need advice/help regarding paypal and all related matters.

I am thinking of opening up another bank account in my place with the minimum amount required then used it for my paypal account instead of the one i have that has my hard-earned savings. Im worried that someday ill be surprised to see my bank account empty.. Paypal is an ssl 128 website, does this mean it is completely safe from malware, spyware, keyloggers and etc?
