receive post won't make you any profit.the calculation system is base on how mamy response did you post, how many photo did you upload and how many reply to response did you make.summary,it's depend on personal activity to make money here.

Well one thing is for sure... they don't seem to like posts that are one line or less. I have to say most posts are worth about a cent, but they have to be well explained and descriptive. One line answers won't get you anywhere in MyLot. Also, my theory is it has something to do with the "+" and "-" next to each post. The more positive ratings a comment gets, the better the comment and therefore the more $$. MyLot won't make you rich fast, but if you work on your answers and provide well explained answers your sure to make a few dollars. If you really want to make more money, I suggest getting referrals as you get 25% of what they are paid. Hope this helps you on you ventures into MyLot.

Mylot and its payment model is a mystery and there is no set amount per post as far as we know. There is one thing that is certain, well almost certain anyway and that is that if you post more on mylot you will earn more than if you posted less. Apart from that there is no accuracte information about the money here on mylot.

No one knows how mylot calculates the earnings. What I do know is the earnings are based on the quality of the post. For example: Someone who posts only 10 really good quality responses will earn more than someone who posts 30 responses that are not good quality. One liners and one word responses don't earn much. And I have heard they are deleted. But I haven't physically seen this happen. So keep in mind when you are posting that it is not the quantity that counts but the quality. Best of luck.

I'm not sure how they calculate it either. I've been a member for 2 days and I've posted around 35 things. I received 29 cents, so it's almost a penny per posting I think.

no one can calculate the earnings. some of your posts do value and you get paid for that and some are not valuable.

I have not found any deffinate answer to that questions. I looked on their site and it says that they change and recalculate all the time. I do not understant how they can credit you so much money and then take it aways but I understand for some people this has happened. I have been lucky and not have this happen to me. I wrote fifty posts the other day and only recieved fifty seven cents. I try to post eight lines to each post minimum but still get maybe a penny a post. I wish they would set a price and let us know exactly what we are getting paid for. However, I guess in the long run we should just be happy that they are giving us something for posting. I think I would be posting any way though.

Actually, you need to submit qualityfull as well as descriptive post here. I know quality of my personal post is not good.. anyway if you post something like 3 or 4 sentence long you may receive 1 cent & if it is 8 to 12 sentence long then you will 2 cent even more like 3 or 4 cent..
A lot of post are submitted here by mylot user & it is tough to judge them manually. I think mylot use a software to evaluate the post or they may have more improve process. Discussion that you started here like.. "i have receive many post but I just receive $0.06. Why? How mylot calculate?!" if it was in 3 or 4 sentence long then no doubt it would be counted ea a earnings post.
Wish your best luck!

I never knew this until when a friend posted a discussion to me telling that one must respond to discussion up to four lines before getting paid here in Mylot. Therefore, I think you should be making sure that you respond to discussions up to four lines. Also, they pay according to the points you make in your response. Thanks

They don't just base it on HOW MANY responses/discussions you post. It depends on the length of the post, and the content. It has to be an important, meaingful post.
You can also get a few cents from posting images. I like to make a little extra off those lol. When I'm lazy and don't feel like posting a bunch I'll start uploading some images! =)

Yesterday I responded to 27 discussions and news pieces and only recieved 10 cents. I also posted 7 photos and posted twice. Lots of hard work for only ten cents, so I think the best way to explain the whole thing is that mylot is starting to pay less per item and response. I knew it could only last so long and will probably be done away with very soon.
