when do you normally stand up in the morning? very early because you have a long way to work or go try to sleep as long as possible?

It depends on when I start my day at work, but either I get up at 8.30am and leave by bus at 9.30, or I get up at 4am and leave at 5am. I work at a combined bakery and café, so some days I have to start really early.
On the days that I'm off from work I sleep for as long as possible, unless I have something I need to do.
