I have recently been looking for more ways to make money onlien. I have checked out alot of paid-to sites and there is one thing that is detering me from joining many of them, and that is that many of them do not pay through PayPal or charge you like $25 to pay you through PayPal becuase they say theu will send you a cheque. But will these cheques really come? I don't understand why they don't want to pay through a company like PayPal.....unless it is a scam. I am hesitant to put in my time and effort, especially for sites that want original designs or artwork, when I have to wait for a cheque to come in the mail. This seems like a very un-secure method of payment to me. How many people here are members of sites that pay by cheque? Have you actually recieved a cheque from any of these sites? If you did, were you able to cahs it without difficulty? Please let me know. There are quite a few interesting sites out there that say they pay by cheque, but like i said, I don't really trust it.

Hi! I totally understand how you feel about signing up for sites that pay by check. There are sites that are legitimate, from my experience, Cash Crate, Clixsense and Inbox Dollars have sent me checks for participating in their respective programs. I did not have any problem cashing them and they came as promised. It is more convenient and faster to pay by Paypal but promising to pay by this method does not guarantee that the site is for real. I think we all have to try and find out for ourselves which ones are paying or not. That is the reason why I would not pay any site to get started. If the site doesn't pay, then I just lose a few minutes of my time. I have proof of payment from the sites I have mentioned in my blog, if you're interested.

AW Surveys was down for a few weeks and when they came back, most members can not log in anymore. I was one of those scammed by this site. I sent them an email but never received a response. I have seen some mylot members say they received payment from that site but there are more who said they can not collect payment.
Below is the link to my blog where you can find proofs of payment from Cash Crate and Clixsense. I have not scanned my Inbox Dollars check yet, so it's not included yet but I would soon be adding it.

You have created this topic at just the right time for me to give my honest opinion and here is why. This morning i received a cheque from one of the several survey sites i am a member from. The cheque was for £25 (equivalent to $50), i swear this is the truth and im going to pay it into my bank tomorrow.
So from that, i can tell you that sites that say they will pay via cheque will absolutely pay you. However, you still need to be careful.
Do you have any websites in particular that you want advice on and whether they will pay you or whether you can trust them? Tell me them and i can give you some more detailed help and information, thanks.

Well I keep hearing that people have made alot with A W Surveys. I have cosidered joining but haven't because i livein Canada and thier site say this:
"We currently have two Payment methods.
Option (1) includes United States Postal Service and is free, which generally takes 4-6 weeks for delivery This option is available for anybody with in the U.S.
Option (2) includes the use of Paypal, where a ($25) Expedited Service Charge is applied and taken directly from your A.W.Surveys account with us. Option 2 generally takes less than 5 Days."

In my eyes AW Surveys is a scam and here is why. They charge a $25 fee for sending a payment which costs nothing to send.
There are six or seven really good and legitimate survey sites out there and this is not one of them.

Nope, I just really don't trust things involving my bank account because sooner of later I will need to cash it in aside from the established and big name companies and corporations. In terms of online payment, I rather stick with paypal and just use it as it is, and use the extra and little earnings for some small items on ebay or so. But I agree though, not every site pays through PayPal which is a shame but I don't understand why they would need to charge you $25 to pay you through it. I mean it is quicker, safer and is less work manually. Or though they may need to pay back some of the fees for being a business (I think thats what its called) account user on PayPal, $25 is way too much. If that is the case, I would just avoid it, its probably not worth it.

I would have to be leary of the whole cheque thing. If they send you a bad check and it bounces then you are responsible for all the fees which can add up to quite alot of money. I really question that AW surveys. I joined and did a couple of surveys and earned 60.00 in like 15 mins. Too good to be true. I have not even tried to collect it.

I only trust those paid-to companies if and only if the one recruiting me to join has a solid evidence or proof that he/she actually has been paid by the said company.
But still, there are some recruiting referrals which are good on falsifying proof of payments, it is mainly because of advance technologies/softwares nowadays that can edit documents with ease.
I too have been a victim of some of those "genius" recruiter in which after i reached the minimum payout and ask for their help and assistance in claiming, they disappear.
Seems like there are many invisible people nowadays.
