How do you know when you have found the perfect childminder to look after you precious cargo!!? There is so much to look for, discipline, healthy eating, caring, that my mind goes a bit blank when looking for the right person. What do you look for in a person that your can trust to look after your child/children?? Thank and advice would be helpful
