Thanks for your comment. Sheeps means people who are led. Lion means Great Leader. In developing and underdeveloped world, leaders take the advantage of having followers who know nothing. Blindly they follow him. The reverse of it is quite uncommon. Only when lions become dudds, not having valour and brains and a sheep leads. A dull-headed man acts as a leader for a knowledgeable group. Hope this is convincing.

Being a born leader is a very rare quality. But people who have this quality for them the sky is the limit. I do not think I am a born leader but I have groomed myself to build these qualities in me over the last three years. The qualities a team leader should have are as follows 1. Must enjoy the respect of the people he is leading; 2. He must have respect for the opnion and feelings of the people he is leading;
3. Must have the eye to understand the requirement for each team member both said and unsaid;
4. He must be able to motivate people to achieve his or her goal;
5. He must be able to drive his team towards achieving the day to day organisational goal;
6. Must be able to identify the potential of his team members and motivate and groom them to be future leaders.
7. Must think about the growth of his team memebers.
8. Must be knowledgable to lead by example as far as doing a assigned job is concerned. The team members should never get an impression that you are not proficient with the subject.
These are my opinion about a leader. I would definitely like to know some other qualities a leader should have.

I am a born follower. I couldn't lead anyone. To me, a leader needs to be brave, decisive, and patient. Qualities which lack.

i dont conssider myself as someone to follow. and i do notice people do what im doing. espically in high school. i am the kind of person to just do my own thing. im confidant. and over they years i notice lots of people are insecure. and they are drawn to confidant people becuase they wish to be that way.. but at the same time. If your always following other people. You never become your own person.. and continue to be insecure. - ok... dont kow if that made and sence. im just overhere typing away = )
