Problems using Moneybookers

I got my 1st payout and im so excited to withdraw it to moneybookers but i have encoutered several problems..I really dont know how to get my money from there..When iv finally had an idea to withdraw, a problem still occur.. since this is my 1st payout, i only had $10.16 on my account, when im trying to withdraw the amount to my savings account, i dont believe that i cant possibly withdraw the amount on moneybookers since moneybookers allow a minimum amount to withdraw, $13.77 is the minimum amount to withdraw and i only have $10.16 and that's not yet over.. moneybooker have a deduction for transactions done amounting to $2.48.. T_T .. For i have only $ 10.16 minus the transaction fee $2.48.. i got $7.68, i still cant withdraw it coz the minimum withdraw amount is $13.77.. sigh sigh sigh..
