They're a lot of board/card games for people to play now. When my children were home,we would usually spend one or two nights a week playing cards or one of our many board games. We had Monolopy,Yatzee, Scrabble, and Life just to name a few. My favorite board game was Scrabble. My favorite card game is spades. What are your favorite board/card games?

Cribbage is my favorite but I'm not very good at it, especially when played on a real board. Online in a Pogo game I do a little better because the computer helps with the math. Blackjack is fun to play by hand and online I also like Rainy Day Spider. I grew up playing these kinds of games at home, but my husband does not like any kind of game and will not play, so I joined WorldWinner, King, and Pogo and play online.

My favorite is Carom. You can have as many as 4 players in it and that's the maximum number of persons I usually get to play with. If there are more, we usually play cards. Ace and Bluff are the two main games we play in cards. And then Chinese Checker, snake and Ladder and Ludo are some others that we play now and then.

I love backgammon. We have all sorts of monopoly games. I like yahtzee, and for cards I like to play hearts. When I was little I would play double solitaire with my dad. There was another card game we played then too called 7 up. I do play freecell on the computer. My all time favorite is backgammon. I taught my 5 year old grandson to play and he has beaten me..my youngest grandson is 3 and he calls it, backa, backa, gammon.

Yep! And you should see us play Trouble...Oh my goodness...we get to laughing so hard..and when he gets the last number he needs I cover up the spot to put his piece in and he is laughing and we start screaming..we race to see who can get their pieces home first..we have a blast playing games..
Freecell is a thinking game..You have to move the cards just right and then it works out..I love the challenge..

I absolutely love playing texas hold em poker and high low jack. Are you familiar with either of them? Every monday night I go to my friends house and we play high low. Its become ritual. As far as board games go Monopoly is classic but my favorite by far has to be risk.
