there are some ingredients of pizza that really reduces heart attack such as the vegetables..however that theory best apply if those ingredients in pizza does not have saturated fat or cholesterol... if there are ingredients with such fat content then the result is opposite on the article...

Pizza does have healthy ingredients, tomato sauce has vitamins and minerals. Oregano is healthy for you, Garlic is good for your heart. If you try white pizza you have vegetable oils, usually olive oil or at least part olive oil. If you make your pizza on a thin crust (even a white tortilla shell) you don't get the excess flour and ingredients from there that will hurt you, and if you use skim milk cheeses, or go light on the cheese, eat it with veggies like mushrooms, peppers, onions, even stuff like artichokes on a white pizza, it is good for you and isn't as fattening as toppings like sausage and pepperoni. Anchovies are a healthy topping if you like them.
A pizza can be made healthy, and you don't have to make too many changes unless your favorite is extra cheese and extra meat, in which case you are building a heart attack.
