Well first off you really need to look into a home inspection officer, they can tell you the good, the bad, and the uglies about any home and even get a price lowered for those problems. You need to be looking for termites they are the worst thing next to mold problems. And check to see if you have a sond foundation and that everything is holding together tightly and sound. Windows, doors, and things like that. wouldn't want to raise a window and it fall out. need to check gorunds for any uncovered or buried wires and cords that may cause electrical problems or fires or when your out mowing kill you from the electrical shock of hitting one. So I wish you luck in buying this dream ohome of your and hope you can get a good one.

Ok I will, thanks. I think the home inspection is well worth the cost because immagine the cost if you didn't and get a home inspection done and realized all these things need fixing after you buy it then it will be your cost not the previous owners.

What my family has told me because I'm looking for a new house as well: Never too much reserch. Look at the neighboorhood, schools in the area, shops, etc. Don't take the first house you look at. Ask what will be included in the house. When was the roof, carpet, appliences put in. And also there is never any stupid questions. Best of luck to you!
