As early as April, I received a pdf doubtful copy of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows containing 281 pages which I did not bother to read. The copy, obviously is a fake.
When I opened my mail today, I got another pdf file of Harry Potter Book 7 First 10 Chapters. The copy looks like real having the dedication of J k Rowling and list of the 36 chapters plus the epilogue. Then I read on the internet that copies of the books were received by some people as early as Tuesday which will be taken into legal action by Scholastic Corp. against the distributor. Also, the web leak are not confirmed or denied by Scholastic.
It's tempting to read... but I haven't read any of the Harry Potter series yet. Maybe I should wait for the movie.

hi alec...these copies are totally fake and useless...my friend came across the same fake copy and he found it as scrap and nothing else...its not possible to leak any copy of any novel before it releases as the publishers have to bear a great loss...so wait for this end of july to get one...in week or so...u can easily get a soft copy of this novel....

I don't believe any of the novels online are real ones. and if they are, those people will get their due, spoiling children's fun like that.
