Yes, of course we are all subject to them and one that I find occurs here often is false dichotomy. The most frequent error of reasoning I see (you may want to call this a conceptual rather than a logical fallacy) is equivocation.
False dichotomy: two choices are given when in fact there are more than two options.
Equivocation: An argument that rests on the same term being used in two (or more) different ways.
