What it feels loving somebody who already has a kid?

We really do not get to choose who we fall in love with, and little imperfections are nothing when you finally found that special someone. But the question is, how far are you willing to go? I am in love with a guy, who already has a 3 year old daughter with another girl. Apparently things did not work out with them, and they didn't get married. So now my guy is with me, and while things are going pretty well with us..there are some setbacks that break my heart.. Are there people like me here? Is it normal to fell all paranoid when your boyfriend/girlfriend is with their ex and their kid on a saturday? Is it perfectly alright to nurture the fear that maybe one day things will get better between them, and you'll be left out in the cold?

yes you are right we can't help who we fall in love with and it is not easy when they a link with an ex, I am not sure I could cope myself as I have lost my trust in human nature years ago, I guess you have to trust him until he gives you a reason not to, try and stay cool about it as sometimes fear which is really quite normal can drive a loved one away, not an easy job I know, but if he sees a sweet understanding person who loves him and trusts him , it would be very attractive to him...I wish you all the luck in the worls and I hope it all goes your way....
