as i walked past a group of young ladies in their twenties , i heard the 'f' word at least 5 times in the span it took me to raise my eyebrows! then there was continuous use of indecent language openly as if there was no other way to express your opinion and it didn't bother them at all.
it was such a turn off seeing such ladies using abusive language.
i don't know why, but i think females are known for their gentle and 'feminine' features, and hence it is disturbing to hear such language from them. when men swear , it doesn't really make u turn around..
wht do you think?

It may not be feminine, but I swear as well.
It is just what I am used to, and I rarelly notice when I do it.
My most common word is actually the f-word.
I use it everyday in regular conversations, as well as many other swear words.
My husband doesn't seem to mind or notice either, so I have nothing to worry about if it is feminine or not.
I am very feminine in other ways.
I don't think the way we speak determines if we are feminine or not.
Every swear now adays, and it is unavoidable to not pick it up.
It isn't an 'in' thing, just a habit.

I don't like when women said that words I just don't like it. c'mon please behave but I ever done such thing because I really really lost my temper that day but for all my life I think I can count with my fingers how many times that I ever said that word.
