Should all spots have salary caps?

You would think in this day and age that every sport would be fair and equal with salary caps, but they dont. What do you think?

It took a lot of negotiating on the NFL's part to get a salary cap like they have right now and they came pretty close to losing it.
Personally, I'm surprised more players aren't insisting on one. Yes, it sets a limit on how much a team can pay them, but most salary caps also set a minimum teams must pay.
