Did you use the LaMaze Method of prepared childbirth? How was it?

i took the class, but i never used the techniques. I think you just need to relax, and FOCUS! remember to prepare yourself to push! so the little time you have in between. try and relax yourself. my labor was not bad at all.

Really? awww im 6 weeks preggo! im excited, but its not like my 1st child.... I am having a lot of cramps.(like the streching in my lower pelvic are) i just found out i have a cyst on my ovary. That said its normal. I just hope everything goes ok. = )

Didn't use it with any of mine but i did have my last two naturally with no pain meds. I survived. :)
