Make phone calls over the Internet

I think it is a good idea that English learners can make phone calls over the Internet by using the services such as Skype, Google Talk, Yahoo Messenger, MSN and so on. You can talk to each other in English to practise and make new friends if you would like to share your contact details. However, your contact details may betray your personal information to spam or scammers.

That is a great idea but I haven't tried it yet. Maybe you've heard of call agents, it is a great way to earn money and practicing your English. I see you're really into learning English.

do you mean the new function of skype?when others call you for help,you get paid?i think it's interesting,but i havent tried yet.

yes,i think that's the power of internet.all we need is a pc and a microphone,then we can talk to our friends all over the world. but it is also true that not every one is good on the internet,so we need to find a way to protect ourselves,so that's why some of us dont tell others the true information at first.and i dont like to talk to strangers,so the result is i dont use IM now.
