when is your pet fit to be called spoiled?

just sharing. my BABY (cutest mongrel in the world) is very sweet to me...and...unsweet to others. my friends call her THE EVIL DOGGIE FROM HELL. SO! Do you think your baby... is spoiled? Or just plain pampered? And what do you do about it?
