Adsense, Bidvertiser, other publisher advertising programs

I have tried Adsense, and Bidvertiser. Adsense gives relevant ads on your site, but $100 payout limit is way to much. I also read on the Internet that they closed down users' accounts without good reason. Bidvertiser's $10 payout limit is better, but doesn't give ads that are relevant to the site's topic. Any experiences, pros, cons, anyother programs that you would recommend? (I accept refferal links, however please make sure that you put down your experiences, not just try to put me in your downline)
