anyone knows about the conflict between generations... Teenagers have different opinions, they see things different from most of the adults. What do you suggest in order to diminuate this ?

There is a saying that goes like this: By the time you realized that your parents were right, you have children that thinks you are wrong. This I believe captures in humor what the generation gap truly means. Because of where a person is when it comes to age and experience, there will always be a difference in the way they will view things.
To be truthful, there is really no cure for such a dilemma. However, the bridge can be crossed with open communication lines, a healthy dose of respect and a desire to understand where the other person is coming from. By applying these principles, it is possible to maintain a more harmonious relationship between the young and the old.

an interesting point of view...but do you think that sooner or later, this bridge will be crossed by teenagers? that they'll realise in the end, at the final of gron-up process that their parents had right all the time? and they wanted all the best in the world for them?
P.S. sorry for my english:)

There was conflict between generations, there will always exist. This is because the company has a dynamic character, changes from generation to generation and people of a certain generation are less permeable to model and design changes that conflict with their life.
Resolving the conflict between generations beginning with "acceptance of this situation" that both generations need to realize that a normal element of progress in the evolution of all life, without incrincena this fight does not lead to anything good. Elimination of one or another of the landscape "important in life" is a mistake, that those involved will ever achieve or never! Sin: both have lost what was important in life!
