Do you consider yourself healthy?

I am far from healthy.
I think I will probably die in my 30s or 40s.
Why?
Because I have treated my body so poorly, and still do.
I once overdosed on tylenol and destroyed my liver.
Now I drink so much alcohol, on a bad liver, which is very unhealthy.
I smoke cigarettes like a feen.
I drink a pot of coffee almost every day.
I starve myself for days and stay full on water.
Then sometimes I throw up the little I have eaten because, again, I drink a lot of alcohol, on an empty stomach.
Do you consider yourself healthy?
Why or why not?
I don't want anyone telling me I should do this, or quit that, I just want to know if you are healthy or not.

Well for 39 years, I thank God for not experiencing any trouble about my health...but now I really want to have a medical check up so I'll know if I'm okey but so far I never felt of body pain...maybe because of so much stress for sure...
I have my children to take care so I have to be careful of my health I don't want to die at an early age... Always praying to God to give me good health and more years in life...

Yup, I consider myself healthy. I have no issues with my annual physical examination. My blood pressure use to be borderline high, uric acid high, I was able to bring it all down to normal with diet and exercise. Before I do not choose what I eat, but right now I eat more of the good stuff vegetables and fruits, fish, chicken without the skin very rarely pork, beef. I do cycling, rope jumps, lift weights, stretching, play basketball, badminton, etc. I'd say I am healthy because at my age I can still ride my bicycle through 60 kilometers. At my height I can still leap to reach the basketball hoop and I can still outrun and outlast my officemates during basketball games. It really feels good to be fit and healthy.

I'd like to think I am fairly healthly, though I never go to the doctor. So I know that isn't that greatest decision, but its one I am comfortable with. Even though I have no reason to feel that I'll die young, its always been my greatest fear.

Well, I guess I'm on my way on being in much better health. physically I am. but they way I run my life...NOT! I usually fall in depression and sadness, self pity and do nothing about it. but now I found something that I could get my self busy. I go to the gym knock my self out with work outs that cannot generate much sweat. I have gardening and cooking and malling with sometimes bore me but its ok. Yeah, Im healthy... I'm getting there...

I always thought I was a healthy person. Till a couple of years ago my toe turned purple and got a blister on the bottom of it. So I went to my family doctor because it hurt when I would walk. I thought he would just give me something to put on it. But no he send me directly to the emergency ward of the hospital. Here I had a blood clot from my heart. And I had to have a stent put in. And thats my story. I love life.

No.Iam nothealthy. my age is nearig 60. Till 58 Iam hale and healthy.I performedall the works thenI have no ailments. unfortunately I am to face family problems.I have two sons. onehas settled in life.the secnd one is an expert in photoshop I have invested amounts for the business but it has to be closed and Iam to shift away from my own town. After that my second son is idle at home without any earning and the debts are around me which caused me stress and strain mentally, and effected with sugar complaint. Physically there is no problem but due to mental agony and stress I feel unhealthy. Inspite of using some medicines, I could not feel rellieved. Unless my son was employed and earn for his life, my health may not be good. I am looking at that any of mylot members suggest employment oppotunityto my son in photoshop, web designing etc., so that I will be healthy for some more time ....?
