are oftenly scared to storms?

Sometimes, I'm scared of them and sometimes, I'm exhilarated by them. It seems to depend on my mood. My father once told me that his father loved storms and always sat on the front porch and watched them but his mother was terrified of them and went up to her bedroom and lit a candle and prayed until the storm ended. I guess I have a little bit of both grandparents in me.

i have a three year old son who cries at the first hint of a storm. i have to hold him through the whole thing. it runs in my family. i have a brother and sister who were scared of storms. up until my sister was about 17, she would go sleep in my parents floor if it started storming at night. she lives right next door and she still comes over when it starts raining. shes almost 25. my brother isnt as bad as that though.
