I have 7 pineapple swordtail tetras and 2 corys in my fish tank right now and I just ordered some cherry shrimp. Are the tetras and the corys going to eat them? If so, what kind of fish wouldn't eat them?

I think the tetras should be fine. I'm not sure about the corys. Maybe check and see if your fish are aggressive or fin-nippers at all. Those would be the ones to avoid.
If your shrimp are really small, you might want to start them in another tank until they're bigger.
I'm not much help...:( Sorry. I've never had shrimp. I had a black mystery snail living with my fish.

I'm not sure about domestic shrimp or how big the breeder box is, but wild shrimp like to have little places to hide. Maybe put a bushy fake plant in with them....
I love shrimp. I always wanted the salt-water ones with the wild colors.
I'm glad you found something for them. Keep us up-to-date with pics! :)

Your fish you had will not eat the adult cherry shrimps but some tetras are known to nip at others, shrimps included. To be on the safe side, your shrimps should not be too small for fish to fit into their mouths. Corys are friendly fish but avid bottom-feeders. If you want to have cherry doing well in your tank, then water parameters must be right for them - no drastic changes i.e. in ph, temperature etc. In other words, try to keep your tank water parameters as constant as possible. Shrimps generally enjoy foraging in lushy plants so it is good if you can add in some moss or lush foreground plants like E. tenellus to make them feel secure. Feel free to ask if in further doubts.

What's the size of your tank? What are the water parameters like? How long have you had the tank set up? Is the tank new or mature? Perhaps you would like to provide more information so that I could try my best to advise.
You probably did the right step in releasing the shrimps into the tank and adding moss in it. Observe them and see if there are any abnormal behaviours such as darting around, inactive, hiding etc.
