Do you ever wonder what happens to your Friends

I do go through mine from time to time...i have started housecleaning though..If they have not logged in for 2 months or more I actually delete them, except for one which I really liked, I hope that they log back in one day...

Yes I go thru and check on them. I have even sent some a PM message, they get notified in their reg. email. I miss some of them and wonder what has happened with them. We all do have busy lives and sometimes just don't have the time to visit mylot. I have met some terrific people here, I just wish I could meet a bunch of them in person. I would just love to meet you and visit with you critters, but you live half way around the world from me. Take care Hope, its good to see and talk to you here on mylot.

I usually leave my friends there, as I figure that if they went to the trouble of becoming a friend of mine, or I requested it then they are worth it. I have it set to be notified of most discussions that they start, but sometimes there are too many of them. One of my friends had started over 8 discussions between the times I had checked the email which tells me that they had done so. It is a bit much to respond to all, so I picked the main ones I was interested in, and left the rest. It also depends on the quality of the discussions. Sometimes people don't have access to a computer with internet access for a while, so cannot respond then. That happens to me over the Christmas break, so I have a whole heap of emails when I get back. It takes me 2 full days to sort through them all.

I know, I am one of those you are talking about. I have not been very active lately as I have to finish off my vcomputer engineering diploma this month. I have already given one last exam and another one to go in a month's time and then I will get my DNIIT certificate. On top of it I have registered for Sun certification for java programmer so I have to do that too. So I come and see and leave sometimes or sometimes try and answer too. After few months I will become more regular here till then bear with me my friends.

Hi Hope...Thought I'd reply and let you know I am still alive but not on here for the last few months as I've gone full time at work and that as well as the kids hogging the computer doesn't do much for my cyber social life haha. I still drop in occaisionally and see a lot have gone their separate ways. Glad to see you're still soldering on with life...J

Never had a great deal of friends on my list and expect that most of them would have deleted me by now. Seldom come here these days for several reasons so expect that it can and probably will happen. Would not be surprised if some of the friends deleted me but I only interact with them when I am here by responding to their discussions. Now, I find we are busy with the farm and even though it is getting colder we still have some of the winter vegetables in the hot house. Plus away truck driving a fair bit although that is slowing down for the winter. Then we have a few survey sites which bring in the few extra $'s every month or so. Also we now belong to another forum which I prefer over mylot. It doesn't pay in $ but get gifts from them for being active. Lots more to do there with photo gallery, games as well as jokes, discussions and free stuff. Different atmosphere and they do not delete discussions for no apparent reason, which seems to happen here a lot. Notice every time that I do come to mylot that my points have dropped and that is painful.
