are you inclined to respond to the discussions of your referrals?

that would be a good attitude when you do have referrals and i hope your refferals appreciate it. honestly, i haven't responded much to discussions my referrals started... as they aren't that active here. aside from that i mostly respond to discussions that interest me or that i have knowledge of which could be helpful for them. i wouldn't intentionally look for their zero-response discussions but if i accidentality found it, i would. i think i'd be doing my share too. :)

Of course I will respond to the discussions of my referrals if I possibly can. If they get no responses they will probably not remain active. Personally, I would like my referrals to be active on the site, so if I can help them to get started, I am going to do that. When I was first starting out, I probably wouldn't have stayed if I hadn't gotten any responses. I don't want my referrals leaving...

Yes im inclined to respond since they are my referrals and i want to help them in their discussions. I don't want them to feel disappointed and also by helping them and is also helping yourself too.
