i had been lazy lately. i always plan on giving some time for my exercise the following day. and i always end up not being able to do my exercise routine.
atleast a 30 minute exercise a day will make one healthier. i do believe so. and i really wanna get back on exercising again. i really need it.
how about you? do you find time to exercise or are you someone like me. planning to go for it but never been able to.
happy myLotting to all!... anne

I faithfully follow my routine to exercise my mouth. As for the other parts of the body, it is a challenge now. Before participating in mylot, I go for exercise every weekend. For the last few months, it is probably once a month. lol. Not simply lazy but just addicted until cannot wake up in the morning. I only exericse in the morning because of the fresh air and have all the time to myself after that.

Me too, I haven't got my usual excercise routine. We have visitors as of now, mostly I'm busy tending all their needs and accomodating them.
I used to stretch at mornings, breathing excercise and curl up some muscles on my arms and shoulders. But now, the only thing I can do is play basketball at 6AM in the morning. Haven't lifted any weights yet, that I think I should be doing now!;)LoL

Hello anne, how are you now? Hope everything are rosy for you. I have a very hectic lifestyle that taking aside half an hour to exercise isn't something I can afford to.
I have long ago stopped planning of going for some kickboxing class. The only form of exercises I have are doing household chores. It is not exactly everyone's dream exercises but rather a responsibility we need to deal. It's giving me a nice sweat out anyway. :)

I'm a lazy girl, so I don't do exercise at all in past 27 years, but now I'm fat, and I try my hard to lose weight. It is difficult to lose it. As a girl, I want to dress beautiful clothes in summer, especially to wear mini-shorts. but my legs are too strong to wear them. Now I decide to lose weight, and I get up early and run about 1 hours and I take a walk after dinner with my neightnbours. It is funny and comfortable to take a walk after dinner in summer. It is too hot to go out in day time.

Hi Wonderful1,
I suggest you to do less than 1hour running first. If you await too much from yourself you will be bored with the exercise, ANd you will be tired soon.
The most important is to change your lifestyle. And do not give it up!
I do my 30 minutes every day. And now I feel, that I need to do it.
I know that I will do this 30 minutes in the rest of my life, not only till I loose some weight.

I am a very active person, i do lots of dancing and some exercises. But i never enrolled myself in a gym. I am dieting but not starving myself. I am like you, sometimes i plan on doing some exercises like on weekend but always end up sleeping and watching tele. Last yr i convinced my husband to buy me a treadmill. He bought me a cheap one because he knows i won't use it. And he was right! it ended up being a decoration LOL. I did buy some skipping ropes as well, but i dunno where i left them...LOL! Right now, i don't do routine exercises. Since am working full-time, and our office is just a walking distance from our house, i tend to walk home in the afternoon at least 2-3x a week. Considering its very hot now here in Bahrain, you'll really shed some pounds just by walking cause you'll be sweating like crazy! LOL. I do lift some weights from time to time, like when am watching tele.
And ohh did i mention that i spend most of my time pissing around with my pc? Its because am exercising my fingers! hehehehehe...

Hi mary, in order to have a healthy body I always try my best to squeeze out at least 30 to 40 minutes per day to do physical exercise. I usually jog around the neighborhood either in the morning or evening and this depends on the weather of the day. Occasionally I would go for mountain hiking or swimming to make the regular exercise not so boring and tedious.

When it comes to your fitness plan, you are a sister after my own heart! hehehehe. I recently purchased a yoga mat and a fitness ball, which i used only a few days then quit. My excuse being, that i was not getting enough cardio. So i borrowed my auntie's elliptical machine, used it for about 10mins, found some fault with it, then sent it for servicing. Im still waiting for the shop to bring it back. Its been 3 days.
When my fiance ask me why i havent worked out, i always use the elliptical as an excuse, but the truth is, im just lazy!.

yes. i wake up as early as 4:30am. do some sit-ups before taking a bath. its my daily routine. doing this makes me loose almost 1kg in a week. now as you can see me. i'm not as big as before. i'm thinner now. it's really comfortable to move when you're less weight. exercise really helps..
thanks for posting...

I just do biking for my exercise but I notice that the muscles of my legs gets bigger because of biking so I try dancing as exercise. There are also times that I feel so lazy and I cannot do my exercise routine until I discover the application from smartphones that can help people motivate to do their exercise and because of that I can now exercise one to two hours a day. I really need exercise because i'm gaining too much weight. Thanks to that application.

I should do some excercise because I have some weight too loose, but my job is really physical someday, that when I come home I just want too do nothing.
Last year, almost every day I was putting some music 10-20 minite and just dancing. That was helping me a lot, but i stopped.
At least I'm alking a lot everyday at my job lol

I hear you!!! It is all about keeping to a routine for me. As soon as something happens to throw off my rountine I am back to battling myself to just get 30 mins in sometime during the day. I works out best for me if I get up and get my exercise first thing in the morning. It makes all the difference in my day. It is great for my mental health too because I start out the day with an accomplishment.

I just wish I was more motivated to exercise. I like doing it more when I have someone to run or exercise with, but it's hard to find other people who'll do it with you. For a while I was running everyday and eating healthier but then with work, school, and moving, I lost interest. I just thought there were other things that I needed to be doing. I really need to get back into the groove though, not to lose weight but to remain healthy.
