What you preffer: Healthy food or jank? Do you drink mostly Daiet drinks or water? Do you eat fat food or without fat?

To be honest, I have a mix of both, I drink a lot of water, am 26 adn people think I am only 18 and that my 4 year old daughter is my sister, I have to say though my bad vice is not crisps and chocolate, but savoury naughties like curries and KFC. I am not as healthy as I should be but we all deserve a treat every now and again.

Mainly I eat healthy food. But sometime I go with the taste only. I always try to avoid faty food and try to eat fresh and green. When it comes to drink, I prefer water. Only when I go eat out side I drink soda.

I prefer healthy food and I drink water, not diet drinks. I also eat food with some fat on them, but not that often. I love fish and chips, the old fashioned kind, for instance, and cheesecake. I do not trust stuff such as diet coke or diet pepsi. I will eat an occasional taco or chips, but it is only when we go to someone else's place because buying that stuff is too expensive.

well for a fitness conscious person like me it is definitely healthy foods.i usually take home-made foods.but its ok with me to occasionally pamper my tastebuds.so sometimes i take junk food also just for a change of taste. and diet drinks are a no no to me.i never drink those colas or soda.they tend to increase weight and have other side effects,so i avoid them.and instead i drink lots of water,just plain water and nothing.sometimes i like adding lemon to it.otherwise fruit juices also work for me. and about fatty foods i do take some but not exceptionally rich in fats.fats are also necessary for our health,so it can't be ruled out.but i see to it that i don't too much of fats in my deit.

I prefer healthy food than junk.But sometimes it's good to indulge in junk.My favourite junk food is double chocolate chip cookies and brownies.yummm!I usually drink water and not diet drinks.I don't quite favour canned drinks.I can't say I've been eating non-fat food all year but I have been very careful on my eating;)

Heakthy Food - Food Is To Be Healthy
Well I prefer healthy food and not the JUNK. I am healthy but I don't like to go on diety food. I do eat FATTY foods. And yes all types of soft drinks, But I try diet ones very less.

I really prefer to eat healthy foods of course! like vegetables, and fruits. I often drink water or sometimes juices and diet only. I don't want to eat fatty foods often; I prefer non-fat only.

I prefer to eat healthy foods but sometimes I cannot avoid junk foods, I have no discipline. I prefer to drink water than diet drinks for it cleanse your body especially when water is used for therapy. It is not often that I eat fat foods but Once a week I eat fatty foods like chicken maybe, beef, meat of pig, but I prefer to eat fish.
