As English is the most popular language in the world,Chinese has been accepted by more and more people. In recent years, more and more foreigners have come to China for their interests or other reasons, it is a upward trend that China plays a more important role in the world in all aspects of our lives.
However, what can we do to face the unavoiding trend?

We need to follow the trend of today in order to keep up with people in the future. We as a member in this community must act in order to keep up with other people. So I believe that we should also study the language well. We need to learn to accept it for this is the truth.

I agree with you, but I insist that language should be just a tool for communication. In current society, especially in China where I live, many people of different ages strive to learn English, some of them even regard it as what makes their life and if anyone donot learn it or does not well in it ,the latters would be laughed.I think that is a wrong attitute to do anything with purpose .

I think learning other languages is not a bad idea. It also helps to bind other culture from one another. Chinese people are all over the world. Many countries are started already to accept the Chinese community. It includes here the Philippines and other Asian countries.
