As for me, im in a roll. From 2 cups a day, ive levelled up to 4-5 cups. I guess its like an addiction. It's like comfort food for me. I usually have 2 cups before lunch and 2-3 in the late afternoon and sometimes i still drink coffee after midnight. I cant stop and i dont want to. How about you?

Maybe if I get the chance to taste a sample of Brazil's coffee, I will certainly stay awake for days. I only make medium strong coffee. I use Nescafe instant coffee by the way.

As I'm making this comment, I have my cup of coffee right in front of me. We, coffee lovers, should never give up coffee. Well, unless we really have to for desperate reasons.

I start my day with two cups (that are large enough to equal half a pot of coffee) and sometimes I'll have two more in the afternoon - depending on how busy the day is or how late I stayed up the night before. I used to drink about two pots of coffee and about five or six cups of tea a day, so think I've managed to do well cutting down. (hard to do, let me tell ya!)

I totally understand you on cutting down. I tried it too, but I really just can't. My husband even encouraged me to drink milk instead when I have coffee cravings even at night. I tried that too, and I'm still trying to drink some milk, but I can't stop my hand from making a cup of coffee.

It goes in periods for me. Sometimes I can go weeks without coffee, and other days I need five or six cups before I'm satisfied. If I sit and work on my art I tend to drink more coffee than if I'm out on my daytime job.

I can't let a day pass without a cup of coffee. Well, when I was pregnant, I really had to discipline myself. No coffee at all. My husband let me drink some iced tea sometimes. When I sit in front of my computer and work on something, and it takes a lot of time, I tend to finish off 2 cups of coffee.

I drink 2-3 cups a day. And can only drink it before 6 pm or it keeps me up at night.

I drink coffee even after midnight!Yes, it's true. But it has no effect on me anymore. It can't keep me from feeling sleepy. I don't make super strong coffee. I just like it medium-strong. Just the right bite to it.

You're right about that. I don't only love coffee, I'm addicted to it. I don't know I just feel comforted and relaxed and yes, happy, everytime I have a cup of coffee with me.

I drink atleast one cup of coffee at the cafe, each day, sometimes more, if I stay longer. On the flight from Toronto to Phoenix I drank a few POTS of coffee because they were serving my favourite brand of coffee on the flight.

My husband usually asks me to lessen my coffee intake. He even encouraged me to drink milk instead at night. I tried, you know, but I'm just not fond of milk. 2 main reasons will only make me stop drinking coffee. Being pregnant again and if I acquire a heart disease.
