Do you like turtles and if you have some what are they called?

I love turtles, I currently have 2 of them, they are great, cute and funny. :p When ever I take the out of there tank they squeak, not sure if they are just ultra scared or something. lol
My turtles are called Jimmay and Timmay. :) Named after the kids of south park. :p
So what about you guys and gals?

year .i have many turtles .two are big ,three are small ,and have many fish .i am agree with you ,they are great ,cute and funny .i love them

My son has a Russian tortoise. He's had it for nearly 3 years. His name is Cherepashka (Pashka for short), which is Russian for "cute little turtle". I like it because it is vegetarian, so it's cheap and easy to feed. In the summertime, we just give it weeds from the yard. Every now and then he gives a little hiss if he is startled.

I have two currently, DONATELLO and RAPHAEL named after the Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles. I had two other ones, but they passed away when they were young. I got mine when they were about the size of a quarter from chinatown in manhattan when I had my first apartment in Brooklyn.

haha, never though anyone would name their turtles after ninja turtles..thats really cute..
I don't have any turtles/tortoises, but my brother has a star tortoise, a long-neck tortoise (not sure of its name but it's face looks like Gollem of LOTR) as well as a common snapping turtle.
Hey you guys have been saying turtles are cute, how in the world are they cute!!! hahaha, you should see the snapping turtle, it is the epitome of not-cute, no joke. The word i would use on him is handsome, stylish..macho etc...
You guys should check out the tortoise musuem in singapore! The uncle there has a huge collection of rare and wonder tortoises and turtles !!! simply amazing !!!

Yar they are really cute. I bought some mobile phone hangers which are turtle soft toys. Really cute. I used to rear them until my dad said I had to set them free. Turtles are very lucky to the Chinese because of their long lives. Sorry to say but turtle soup is very delicious as well. You know, the Chinese eats all kinds of things. I just drink the soup but I don't eat the turtle because I find it quite odd. Its really contradictory eh...

We have five (5) Red Eared Slider (RES) Turtles of different Age: Amanda -December 2005, Stardust - February 2006, Comet - April 2006, Bing - July 2007, Bang -July 2007. Previously I also have four (4) Malayan Box Turtles namely Innie, Minnie, Minie, Moh but we decided to donate them to a nearby Zoo and we were entitled to a 1 year free entrance for my family. The four RES turtles have each their own character and very amusing to watch them swim, eat or just interact with other creatures in our tank such as fish, lobster or just being themselves. Each day I learn something new that is somewhat connected in raising the turtles. In the future I will write something specific. More Power, Ferritic

I love turtles i have four! they are pepito (a mexican box turtle), Digit (missing a leg i saved him from a hawk) , Luke and leiah ( two baby sliders)
