Do you keep the plastic or grocery bag after shopping?

Whether we get plastic or paper bags we always keep them and use them for soemthing else. For the plastic bags we use them to fit into small garbage cans and we use the paper bags sometimes to wrap books or small packages. Thanks Skye

Yes friend. My mom and me does the same too. Infact we have around 100 covers of all different sizes and it comes very handy when you give something to someone who visit your house. The only disadvantage is that, it is all plastic. Non-degradable.

Yes i too reuse groccery bags. Actually i think we are playing our role of helping in keeping the enviournment neat and clean by reusing the bags. Infact i have my own bags made of cloth which i carry along when going to shop. This helps me in avoiding plastic bags.

i do throw away the bag, in my country the bag is cheap and it is found everywhere. so after off loading the contents of the bags then it is disposed into the sewage.

i still keep them and use them for packed luches or other things they might be needed to , i always forget to take some when i go out shopping i have recently got some bags for life, as i thought it might be more eco friendly, but still have hundreds in my draw in the kitchen

Yes, I kept them. some bags have very beautiful figures on it and I kept it for a long time for keeping my lovely things such as toys. For the ones that do not have beautiful figures, I put them together in one big bag and I use them to collect rubbish....

I keep all the bags I get from stores to reuse and or recycle. The plastic bags I use for regular garbage in my bathroom and office. paper bags I use to put recycleable items like cans boxes etc. So I get full use of these bags. When I go to like Aldis store or Sams club I take a few bags with me to use for my purchases as well. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

I keep my plastic grocery bags and use them as trash bags for the trash cans in the bathrooms. They are also good to use when transporting different things. I try not to keep too many as it junks up my kitchen cabinets.

I keep my plastic bags in a plastic bag on a door knob. I re use them for lots of things. I hate the waste involved in just using them once and then off to the landfill. I bought some recycled plastic shopping bags to get my groceries in but I always seem to leave them at home when I go to the store.

Hello dear lynboobsy. I would like to keep those plastic bags from the supermarket when I buy something from there and will use them as garbage bags later. This way it is much more convenient for the garbage to be thrown away to the dustbin. Thanks for your discussion.

I do save all of my plastic grocery bags too. They really do come in handy. I use them to line my trash cans at home, and when someone comes and I give them food, cloths or something, I have bags to put the things in. When I am cleaning house, I will get them out, to throw things away in. I also use them to freeze things in.When I travel, I take some with me for traash & things. I alwasys can use them.I use them when I paint too, I will lay them on the floor so I don't make a mess.

Yes! I definitely do always keep the plastic bags after grocery shopping, well except for the ones that got torn in the process of carrying it to my house or car. I use the grocery bags for my bathroom trashcans because their little enough to fit them in and when it gets full I just tie it up and throw it away. Those bags sure do come in handy!

yes, i do keep plastic bags from groceries. i use it for putting the trash on it and for some other purposes like sorting clothes that need to go and the toys that kids dont want to play anymore. i also use it to sort foods in the fridge.

Oh yes. I save them and reuse them until they become dirty or have holes. I use them for so many different things. My mom did that and I thought it was odd, but now that I'm grown, I believe I use my reccycled bags way more than she ever did. I guess new things come up for each generation, which extends the use of these bags. Best of all, it can save money!

Yes, I do and recycle them all the time - I am very aware of our environment and try to do as much as possible my bit besides some of the bags are soooooooo pretty you don't feel like throwing them anyway...

Yes, I do keep plastic bags for other purposes. I reused it most of the times. I used it for my waste, to organize small things, and as a carry bag. I just throw it when it is worn out already.

we always do it until now...we reuse plastics and use them as garbage bags or whatever useful things it can be used...with that you save money from buying garbage bags and the likes...
